It’s September and increased prices will begin this month.
Policy:

10 min grace max (w/ limit design), appointment cancelled after 10 minutes and considered no show.
Cancel 24hrs prior to appointment is considered a no show because it will no longer show up on the website for someone to be able to book.
No shows must pay a $40 no show fee to be able to book/keep future appointments.(If not paid 24hrs you will be removed as a client)
DO NOT BOOK FOR ANOTHER PERSON.
